UTT Patriots Athletics student-athletes, Umar Sandy, Kenan Alexander, Ajani Titus, and Kristian La Touche achieved remarkable success at the Falcon Games, held March 23-24, 2024 at Dwight Yorke Stadium, Tobago.

Sandy, the reigning National Discus Champion, continued his winning season recording a distance of 52.86m in the Men Discus Throw (2kg) event, just a few metres shy of his personal best (PB) recorded earlier this year.

In the Men High Jump event, La Touche achieved a height and PB of 1.95m, showing steady improvement in his performances throughout the season.

Meanwhile, Alexander and Titus registered PBs in their second-place performances with a distance of 42.44m in the Men Discus Throw (2kg) and a time of 17:20.45 in the Men 5000 Metre Run, respectively.

Titus also achieved another PB in the Men 1500 Metre Run (4:23.36), significantly improving his time from his previous record at the NAAATT Track and Field Series in February.
