Dhanpaul Selected for Huawei’s 'Seeds for the Future' Programme

Former UTT Patriots Cricket and Table Tennis student-athlete, Tanveer Dhanpaul, has been selected by Huawei Technologies to participate in the 2023 edition of its "Seeds for the Future" programme in San Jose, Costa Rica.
Tanveer, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education with specialisation in Primary Education at UTT, received his congratulatory letter indicating his selection from Vice President of Public Affairs and Communication of Huawei Technologies, Mr. Daniel Ding.
According to the correspondence, "Seeds for the Future" is Huawei's flagship corporate social responsibility programme, which is an initiative created to promote information and communication technology (ICT) training for young people to transfer the company’s knowledge as global leaders in the sector.
The programme which is scheduled to run from 9-16 October, 2023, exposes participants to eight days of experiences focused on courses on surround technologies, leadership talks, activities about Chinese culture, live visits to the technological showroom, participation in the "Tech4Good" project and cultural exchange with high-profile academic colleagues around the world.
