Senior Instructor - Maritime Studies
Sarita Mahabir-Lee is a graduate of the BSc in Environmental and Natural Resources Management with minors in Marine Biology and Human Resource Management from the University of the West Indies (UWI). She then furthered her studies at The University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) Maritime Studies Programme, with an MSc in Operational Maritime Management. Mrs. Mahabir-Lee also has a background in sales and finance with eight (8) years of experience in the local banking sector and three (3) years of experience facilitating education at the tertiary level. As an Instructor II at the Maritime Studies Department, she is the course leader for the following courses on the BSc in Nautical Sciences/Maritime Operations and the Diploma in Maritime Operations (Engineering and Navigation Options).
