Academic Unit: Energy Systems Engineering

Ms Karen Boodoo is a Senior Instructor at the University of Trinidad and Tobago with 20 years' experience in teaching and supervision of final year projects at the UTT at both the NETD and BASc levels.

She is fortunate to be part of the UTT/University of Guyana (UoG) collaboration, and has been instructing students and supervising projects at the UoG, over the past 5 years.

As a content expert, she was invited to be a guest lecturer many times at the New Guyana school in Guyana.

She possesses a MSc in Petroleum Engineering, and is now pursuing an MPhil in Renewable Energy at the UTT.

She is skilled in instructional design and delivery, and employs critical thinking and problem-solving techniques in the classroom.
