Miss Vidya Lall (B.A., M.Phil.) has been attached to The University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) since March 2007, and serves as Instructor II at the Institute of Criminology and Public Safety (ICPS). From 1990-2006 she was attached to The University of the West Indies (UWI) as a Research Assistant. Her research and special interest areas include Green/Environmental Crime, Environmental Governance and Security in Small States; Juvenile Delinquency, Bullying and Youth Violence in Schools and Crime Prevention, Community and Citizen Security. Her teaching portfolio includes CRIM2015 School Violence and Delinquency, SOCI1002 Sociology of the Caribbean, PSAF1002 Workplace Safety and Violence, CRIM2011 Green Criminology, and CRIM1002 Crime Prevention and Community Safety. She has also taught courses on CRIM2006 Restorative Justice, Parole and Probation and CRIM2003 Gangs, Youth Violence and Public Safety.
