Dr. Jorrel Bisnath is experienced in research and development, particularly in mechatronics, design, prototyping, robotics, CAD and PLC/microprocessor programming. He is an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing and Entrepreneurship Unit at the University of Trinidad and Tobago, where he has been instrumental in developing courses and supervising research in robotics, mechatronics, and related fields. Jorrel's professional journey includes significant roles in research, teaching, and project management, contributing to the advancement of mechanical engineering and mechatronics. His academic qualifications include a PhD in Manufacturing Engineering and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering. His contributions to the field are further evidenced by numerous scholarly publications and reports, highlighting his commitment to innovation and practical applications of engineering principles.
