It is with deep sadness that the University announces the passing of Ms Lisa Perez.

Lisa served as a Senior Instructor at the Centre for Education Programmes, and was a valued member of the University community for the past 18 years. She will be fondly remembered for her unwavering dedication, inner strength, kindness and warm, welcoming smile - qualities that deeply touched the lives of students, colleagues and friends.

The University extends heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, colleagues and students during this difficult time.

The funeral arrangements of the late Lisa Perez will take place on Friday 4 July, 2025 at St Charles Roman Catholic Church, Eastern Main Road, Tunapuna from 10:00 a.m. followed by burial in Tobago.
