The University of Trinidad and Tobago’s (UTT) San Fernando Drillers have once again proven their athletic excellence, securing a resounding victory at the University’s 2025 Students’ Sports Day! With an outstanding performance across multiple events, the Drillers clinched the championship, solidifying their dominance in this year’s events.

Congratulating them at an informal celebratory ceremony at the campus café, Rolly Hosein, Senior Instructor, Foundation Courses said "While the Drillers did not participate in the March Past, their commanding lead in the main sporting events left no doubt about their supremacy. Their athletes showcased incredible skill, determination, and teamwork. Their maturity to play fair is admirable. I am proud of the team."

To celebrate the hard-fought victory, students gathered for a joyous post-event celebration featuring delicious cakes sponsored by Café Bekah Bites. The sweet treats added to the festive atmosphere as the Drillers basked in their well-earned success.
