Whilst most APA steelpan students perform with their bands in Panorama, several APA pannists are also active as arrangers. The following list details some of their achievements in the 2019 season.

 
Ja'Vaughn Ramsay
Arranged for Tranquillity and Pandemonium Youth for Junior Panorama in the Secondary School Competition.
 
Nicholas Joseph and Kadeem Sobers
Arranged for New Age Trendsetters in the Single Pan Category. They placed 12th in the final round.
 
Kersh Ramsey
Arranged for T&TEC East Side New Dimension from Tobago. They are competing in the small band category on 28 February. The band was part of a three-way tie for 1st place in the preliminary round. They won the THA Panorama 2019.
 
Ojay Richards
Arranged for Uptown Fascinators (also from Tobago). The band competed in the small band category on 28 February and was also part of the three-way tie for 1st place at the preliminary round. They placed 2nd in the THA Panorama.
 
Zakiya DeCoteau
Arranged for Bethlehem Girls and Boys Combined along with past UTT student Roseford Coutain. They took part in the primary school category of Junior Panorama.
 
Stefon West
Arranged for NGC Couva Joylanders for the medium category of Panorama. They placed 4th in the semi-finals and will be competing in the finals on Saturday night.
 
Jalen Charles
Co-arranged for Invaders Youth Steel Orchestra which placed 1st in the final round of the non-school (under 21) category of Junior Panorama.
 
Shaquille Vincent
Arranged for NAPS Combined which placed 1st in the secondary schools category of Junior Panorama in the final round of competition.
