High pressure, high temperature (HPHT) usually imposes the most severe restraints and critical requirements within the oilfield. The interaction of reservoir fluids, formations and drilling fluids in the HPHT environment requires challenging fluid formulations and the laboratory capability to perform adequate tests to prepare for the well site conditions would help to simulate deep water well conditions for optimal cement slurry design and hydraulic fracturing treatments and evaluate formation mineralogy, fluids and well cementing properties.
